Jennifer Schurter is a relationship-centered real estate agent with deep roots in Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. Born and raised on a multi-generational family farm, she has a lifelong connection to the land, the people, and the communities she serves. After earning her degree from Portland State University, Jennifer spent 15 years building a successful career in sales and marketing, including more than a decade at a major national broadcast media company. There, she developed high-impact marketing campaigns and negotiated talent endorsement deals for businesses of all sizes—experience that now gives her clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling real estate.
With nearly 20 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and real estate, Jennifer brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every transaction. Whether you're searching for a home in a quiet rural setting or selling in the heart of the Portland metro area, she blends creativity, local expertise, and strong negotiation skills to guide her clients through every step of the process.
Jennifer’s dedication to her community extends beyond real estate. She serves as an at-large board member for the North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity, helping provide affordable housing opportunities for families from Canby to Silverton. She is also actively involved with the Canby Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee, advocating for local businesses and supporting a thriving community.
When she’s not working with clients or serving her community, Jennifer enjoys live music (especially Texas country), cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and hosting friends and family. She’s a fan of charcuterie boards, red wine, iced coffee, and a good monster cookie. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two kids, Jackson and Hazel.
